Ham with Noodles

  
 

very good

  
 

use 1/2 lb of boiled ham and a cream or butter sauce

cut ham in small Pieces add to sauce and cook for a few minutes till thick.

& take freshly made noodles or if Pks noodles are used cook till done in salt water (drain)

Cut fine and fry in deep fat

when golden brown put on platter

pour creamed ham over noodles and serve hot.
